Over a period of six months, various potential future scenarios for circularity have been co-created and tested across the entire organization to support the company's sustainability ambitions. Internal and external capabilities have been identified to secure a resilient future. This includes suggesting a framework for measurement tools to track circular activities and initiatives, along with defining strategies for implementing circular design principles. The project has opened up for a user-centric, insight-driven circular innovation approach that facilitates the continuous exploration of circular opportunities and the development of both short-term and long-term actionable plans.
